Arjan is Founder and CEO of Perenna. He is the driving force behind changing the mortgage market for the better.

Arjan has over 25 years’ experience in the financial markets, developing a unique understanding of how mortgage markets work across the world.

Arjan has worked for organisations like BNP Paribas, Barclays and Moody’s.

Hamish Peacocke

Hamish is Founder and Chief Capital Officer of Perenna. Hamish focuses on raising equity & debt for Perenna.

Hamish has over 20 years’ experience in the financial markets, working on various mortgage related projects. That’s how he and Arjan met!

Hamish has worked for organisations like Credit Suisse, BNP Paribas, and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

Colin Bell

Colin is Founder and COO of Perenna. Colin focuses on running our mortgage and tech operations, delivering great customer outcomes.

Colin has over 25 years’ experience in financial services, across both mortgage advice and lending. During this time, Colin also set up a mortgage lender – InterBay – which he sold to J.C. Flowers & Co.

Colin has worked for organisations like OneSavings Bank, InterBay and John Charcol.

Chris Eaton

Chris is Deputy CEO of Perenna. He heads up the CEO office and leads on strategy, external partnerships and sustainability initiatives.

Chris has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services, covering treasury, risk, and capital markets.

Chris has worked for organisations like Barclays, IG Group and BLME Group.

Casper Arboll

Casper is Customer Experience Officer of Perenna. Casper focuses on turning our propositions into great customer experiences.

Casper has over 10 years’ experience as an entrepreneur, building technology companies with great attention to customer needs. During this time, Casper co-founded an equity management platform – Capdesk.

Dan Pass

Dan is Chief Technology Officer at Perenna. Dan lives and breathes tech and is a driving force behind Perenna’s innovations.

Dan has over 20 years’ experience delivering and supporting technology across various industries including telecoms, gaming, platform service providers and financial services.

Dan has worked for organisations like OPLO, Betfred, and Cable & Wireless.

Werner de Leeuw

Werner is CFO at Perenna. Werner focuses on managing everything finance.

Werner has over 20 years’ experience in financial services, managing finance and treasury teams as well as undertaking large finance and risk transformation projects.

Werner has worked for organisations like Lloyds Banking Group, Depfa Bank, and UBS.

Louise Vaughan

Louise is Chief Risk Officer at Perenna. Louise oversees and manages the risk in the business we undertake.

Louise has over 25 years’ experience across all financial and insurance disciplines, within practice and corporate settings.

Louise has worked for organisations like Pension Protection Fund, Just Retirement, and KPMG.

Kate Lindsay-Bayley

Kate is General Counsel of Perenna. Kate is Perenna’s in-house lawyer and also oversees Compliance.

Kate has over 25 years’ experience working for a number of banks and financial institutions in a variety of roles, including legal, trust, and compliance.

Kate has worked for organisations like UBS, Credit Suisse, and Deutsche Bank.

Aniq Ahmed

Aniq is Chief Comms Officer at Perenna. Aniq oversees Marketing, PR and Bank Change, and spends his time figuring out the best ways to communicate the Perenna story.

Aniq has over 12 years’ experience in financial services, having worked on various new bank build projects, and across a variety of areas including PR, Marketing, Change & Transformation, Risk, Finance, Governance and Operations.

Aniq has worked for organisations like Castle Trust Bank, Deloitte, UBS and Co-Operative Bank.

Gemma Reed

Gemma is Head of Marketing at Perenna. Gemma is laser focused on building Perenna’s brand and delivering great customer experiences.

Gemma has over 10 years’ experience in marketing, working across retail and financial services.

Gemma has worked for organisations like Virgin Money, International Centre for Life and Northern Rock.

John Davison

John is Head of Product, Propositions & Distribution at Perenna. John spends his time launching new products as well as working closely with distribution partners like mortgage clubs, networks and individual broker firms.

John has over 10 years’ experience in financial services, working in various roles including mortgage advice, business development, and product & propositions.

John has worked for organisations like Atom Bank, and has served as an Officer in the Royal Air Force.

Simon Thompson

Simon is Head of Operations at Perenna. Simon oversees the whole mortgage lifecycle, from originations, to servicing & collections.

Simon has over 30 years’ experience in banking, leading large, multi-disciplinary operational teams with a passion for creating operational and service excellence for customers.

Simon has worked for organisations like Virgin Money, Bank of Scotland, and Barclays.

Charlotte Mummery

Charlotte is Head of People at Perenna. As someone who is passionate about culture, belonging and people experience, she is all about making Perenna a brilliant place to work for everyone here.

Charlotte has over 20 years of experience in people, talent and HR roles. She’s specialised in leading talent acquisition and employer branding, designing talent management and development strategy and driving culture engagement and people experience both in the UK and in global roles.

She’s worked for companies like Accenture, GSK, bp, Nestlé and Siemens.

Michael Lindsay-Bayley

Mike is Net Zero & ESG Lead at Perenna. Mike focuses on creating exciting propositions that could accelerate our transition to net zero.

Mike has over five years’ experience in asset management, reinsurance and financial services.

Mike has worked for organisations like Elementum and PWC.
